
Whenever I renew domains at whc I will tick them off and click the renew link which puts them in my whc shopping basket.
Wanting to minimize invoices I then try to add some transfers and new registrations but nowhere in the shopping basket does it allow me to continue shopping or to add additional items or services.
When I click out of the shopping basket I get a warning that says if I navigate away I MAY lose the items in the basket.
So I navigate away hoping it keeps them there and more often than not it wipes them out.
Today I was fortunate and after I navigated away (and received the warning) I added a .com transfer so I would only get one invoice. Fortunately for me it did not wipe out the contents of my shopping basket THIS TIME.
I am wondering if the WHC team is aware of this, I have been frustrated to no end whenever I try to add a number of different items or services to the shopping basket, it will wipe it out at random and I'm wondering if WHC is losing any sales over this unintended issue.
