UDRP MOVI.com enters UDRP (3.Viewing)

Trademarks are limited to specific products/services - not anything and everything. So its not like a UDRP is going to win unless they were actively infringing, showed bad faith, etc. But there needs to be penalties for bringing a dispute they should know they can't win.

Exactly, and that's the problem here - that frivilous UDRPs can be brought with no consequences at all.

But I don't think that will ever change, as these nitwit companies are their customers and they want the filing and legal fee money to keep flowing in.
