SAW.com launches an actual Marketplace, but... (1.Viewing)

Why the BUT in the headline?

Only the verified domains are listed, see mine at

DUNR.com

All my other domains that were verified no longer are and are NOT on the marketplace search.

So if you want to be in search you have to point nameservers or add a DNS record

That's a bit of a bummer because I can't add the text records in bulk and if I switch name servers to get verified I need to keep them pointed there or they become unverified.

How can they become a viable Marketplace only listing a portion of their inventory?

I need a mix of nameservers and cannot keep them all pointed at saw. The TXT record becomes unusable for me due to the manual input I have to provide.

Saw.com launches new site with marketplace search functionality

“Marketplace-first” design could bring more visibility to domains listed on Saw.com
Saw.com has relaunched its website in a way that could deliver more buyers to domains listed through the company.

The company’s previous website focused on its brokerage service and letting people list domains for sale with its landing pages. The new site is designed more like a marketplace, with a search box front and center.

That's pretty idiotic to be totally changing the rules this late in the game, as when I listed on Saw, I could have easily added a TXT record like I did for Atom and DomainEasy. No way I'm going back and doing that now.

SAW seems to have listened, I tried again and changed nameservers on the above domain for 1 day to get listed at SAW.

I then changed nameservers away and now 2 days later the domain is still listed on the SAW reg path.

So now I will change a few hundred domains, get them listed and then change servers back. This way I should be able to take advantage of the saw reg path.

This is a positive step in the right direction for saw.

---------------------------------------------

To keep the mess away (like at Sedo) saw could require name servers verification once per year so the listings stay mostly accurate. I would be willing to do that no problems.

My intention is to list my domains with as many marketplaces as possible to get as much exposure as possible.

Will also list at DN.com to get Chinese exposure on my .com's
