Superstar domain investor Braden Pollock reported the sale of R.org for $375,000 last month. It looks like the name might have sold in June as archive.org shows the name moving from a DomainEasy landing page to TimeWeb.ru lander. They are a webhost out of Saint Petersburg, Russia. The site is now up and running. The topic is not what I would have guessed. It’s a Sports news website.

"DomainEasy landing page"

DomainEasy needs a blog and a Twitter account, I don't even know if they already have these. When Atom or Sedo make a sale like that, you see them announce it on Twitter and it will pop up prominently on the Domaining.com news site.

And at 0% commission, they lose out on getting something from a sale like that, assuming the sale was made on DomainEasy. Just because it was on a lander, it still could have sold privately. If they are still up and active as they say, they need to get more promotion going.
