Thorn in Namecheap’s side loses another cybersquatting case (1.Viewing)

Namecheap has won (pdf) a second cybersquatting case against a man in Germany who has registered domains including the Namecheap brand.

The large domain name registrar filed the case against Agit Kaya, who registered the domain namecheap .auction.

Does the name still represent what Namecheap does? It time to do what 10dollar.ca did moving to grape.ca. Maybe they will amalgamate with spaceship but I foresee a name change in the future.
