It appears the AI-generated logo was a contributing factor that led to the loss of this domain name via the UDRP. The decision was published at the end of July, and it specifically mentioned the logo found on the Atom.com landing page:

Furthermore, despite the Complainant having exhibited the Atom.com webpage offering the disputed domain name for sale, which includes a stylized version of the name DOITRIP with an elongated and tapered letter “O” similar to that utilized in the Complainant’s figurative trademark, the Respondent offers no explanation for this presentation.”

I'm just skimming the document, here's my uninformed take, quoting from the document first.

Page 2:
The Respondent states that it purchased the disputed domain name at a public domain auction, after it had expired, as part of its domain investment activities. It submits that such activities are lawful and do not constitute bad faith.

Page 3:
(iii) the disputed domain name has been registered and is being used in bad faith.

If I interpret that policy quote to mean (the disputed domain name has been registered in bad faith) AND (the disputed domain name is being used in bad faith), then the respondent's actions haven't met the standard of the very policy being quoted.

The domain name was not registered in bad faith - I'm guessing the respondent was simply domain trawling, so no real bad faith intent or action ever occurred.

Is this key to a WIPO decision? I'm not informed enough to know.
