Can you believe a pile of Canadian women got scammed for serious money because they thought they were in a romance with Keanu Reeves? We can all laugh at the "stupid people" falling for blatant 3rd world online scams, but it's not right to prey on the less fortunate, yet no one seems to want to stop or even limit it.

Must make service providers (i.e 'stakeholders' with a finger in these illicit pies) in the West some serious money.
