Only place to get them cheaper consistently is at Cloudflare (who sells at cost) but the last time I checked you could not change nameservers which makes it useless for domainers.
Nice thread thank you. We try to be as efficient as possible. If we don't need to pay credit card fees, we don't pass them on to the customer.
