Couple of clues this is a scam and the first one is it was sent to pay(at)dn.ca which is obviously a harvested email address from our sponsor and donation pages. We use that email address only to receive e-transfers so this Arthur Norman is probably some guy from India using chat GPT to correct his sentence structures.

He kinda got my attention with the webnames stuff but only for a mere moment.

Who uses four numbers in their email address, it's a dead giveaway to be a spammer. Most everyone will add one or two numbers for birth year or something. Randomly generated four numbers are a sure sign its a throw away address.
