Anyone know of Canadian company UpperCrust based in Toronto? (1.Viewing)

It was pointed out to me that UpperCrust.com is listed currently on NameJet. I am not sure if there is a chance it was stolen, or listed without ownership, or company went out of business. Does anyone know of company? The person who told me about it left an email to their info, and I phoned their number but all would let me do is to leave a message. Hopefully someone will get one or the other if it is not genuinely for sale.

Sorry that is my mistake (now edited) It is UpperCrust which goes to a fully functioning website, but is listed on NameJet auction closing today. I found an email for the related food company that used to be registrant years ago, and sent them an email now a well.
