Betty.ca (19.Viewing)

I noticed new ads for a casino, Betty.com, that featured a woman in the ad and I thought, oh they named a casino site with a woman's name.

Then I checked to see what Betty.ca was being used for, and it looks like it's the same site as the .com

It took a few minutes to sink in that even though it's a female name, it's also a twist on BET.. doh!

Anyway, the main reason for this post is does anyone know the background of Betty.ca, how did they get it or who sold it? Don't remember ever seeing that domain anywhere before.

They advertise heavily during NHL games and I have seen their ad for quite some time now.

Obviously someone sold it to them, but not me

No he has been trying for Betty in all extensions but I think he only managed to get the .ai
