I've received 3 requests now on completely unrelated domain names from this schmuck.
The first time, I responded to him and later tried to follow up, and he never responded to either.
Then I got a second request on a completely different domain and I recognized his name/email and so I never responded, instead, I went back to the first request and tried to follow up again. I figure if he doesn't have the basic courtesy to reply to the first one, I'm never going to reply to the second inquiry.
And just now I got an inquiry on a third unrelated domain. Of course I'm not going to respond.
Also note that all of his phone numbers provided are different (647 area code, but his IPs were from Montreal) so more junk.
