Congratulations MaiTaiMan @MaiTaiMan

Looks like BAM.ca was in use at some time, I see some residual files

Congratulations Bill.

I’m sure it has happened to a lot of us here where a “max” offer is not really their max offer. A short time later, their real max offer shows up and a sale goes through.

It’s so important to know your domains worth and never undercut yourself.

The problem is, that once a lot of these jokers give their "My Final Offer" notice, their egos won't allow them to come back to the table. But then once you do sell the domain, they're all pissed off that you didn't contact them.

Thanks all. This was my second one-word .ai domain sale. I now only have one left, which objectively is my best one-word .ai domain, and it gets the most inquiries and offers. I will play the long game with that one. I picked up all three domains from the drop in summer of 2021, for a very modest price, before auction prices went crazy. This recent deal happened via a GoDaddy broker representing a mystery buyer, so it was fun to be on the other side of the table from a buyer broker, although I am 99% sure the buyer is an end-user and not a domainer, and that was part of the reason I decided to sell. My first .ai domain was bought by a domain investor, who turned around and listed it for sale for about 20x, lol. IIRC this recent sale was the second biggest sale of a domain from my small portfolio. I expected to have more seller's remorse, but I am actually pretty happy that the deal closed. I can't wait to discover who the buyer is, although I doubt they are based in Canada.
