.ca Domain inquiry trends? (1.Viewing)

Anyone seeing any trends in domain inquiries this year, for certain words or industries?

for me, the regular ones involve names related to cannabis and plant based. but maybe it's just that I have a lot of domains in those categories. thinking crypto and coin names might also start getting good. I had a sale agreed to with someone on a two word 'coin' .ca domain, then they just disappeared. other inquires have just been random all over.

I think delivery type names seemed to see an uptick. I have Deliver.ca and it generated a bunch of inquiries this spring. All tire kickers with grand ideas, but no concept of the amount of work it took to build the stuff they were dreaming up. I think the highest offer wasn't even $1K... ha!

My portfolio is fairly random so my enquiries seem to be that way as well.
