Agree about supply. A recent order to one of my main US suppliers I received 45% of the items I ordered.. the worst ever. I've had to choose more expensive suppliers to get some items just so I can have them in stock. Can't sell what I don't have.

I know how you feel, I ordered 124 cases of product and received 58

Luckily I deal with many suppliers so I can get fill in. Then I just forward the back ordered product to the substitute. Luckily I have a long term relationship with my clients and most will order the substitute.

It is going to get interesting as more and more suppliers dry up.
