I really detest the word "disrupt". It is one of the most overused terms in startup lingo.
It is in the pantheon of all-time greats like "game changer", "pivot", "outside the box", etc.

I hear that and I want to punch someone.
For me, "Take it to the Next Level" has to be the most overused business jargon I've ever heard - for a few years, it was literally in every business presentation, often multiple times. And it got so bad, I actually heard people saying "We're taking it to the Next Next Level".
Oh, and another one I hate is "Domain Hack". And "Anything + Sherpa".
