Dan.com is a GoDaddy company, since its acquisition for $71.4 million dollars.

Co-founder Reza Sardeha is no longer the CEO and has moved on to new ventures.

The popular domain selling platform operates a PPC monetization option using Bodis.com and that is now going away.

An announcement from Dan states that Dan users who want to display ads must transition to the GoDadddy Cashparking service:

Yep, 20% here we come.. and away I go.

@BODIS

With the demise of dan and the forced integration with godaddy parking it is a golden opportunity for bodis to shine on it's own.

I finally signed up yesterday and can see all the parking but I am wondering how the sales pages work.

What is the commission structure and what are the methods of payment etc.

Bodis has the look and feel to replace Dan and that is why I signed up but it is definitely not user intuitive for the sales pages and I'm struggling to find all the appropriate information.

Hello MapleDots,

PN sent.

In terms of shining on our own, as a Monetization company we have been doing a pretty good job of that over the last couple of years! Maybe I should point out that monetization is very much our focus, however we offer sales integrations with various platforms, plus the possibility to have a simple sales link on the parking page directing the potential buyer to you directly. If anybody wants to discuss how they can monetize with us while also offering their domains for sale, please get in touch.

Ahh, I see so the pages are simply landers, really good looking ones may I add.

Can you show us an example of what a page looks like with For Sale and parking ads?

I have seen the for sale and I have seen the parking pages but it would be nice to have links to a sample for all 3.

ie: sample page

#1 - Just Parking
#2 - Just For Sale Lander
#3 - Parking and Lander combined.

Here is a parking page with "for sale" link. The parking page alone is naturally like this but with the link at the top removed. Parking and lander combined pages, like you saw with our DAN collaboration, will not be available for the foreseeable future, although we can't rule out doing one again in the future should it be beneficial.
