I don't know if this topic has ever been raised, but on Rick's Board, we came to an agreement that if an owner died, the surviving spouse could come to the board and receive help from the members. Not all spouses or heirs are on top of the domain market.
Just as obviously, they have to know where to come to.
DropWizard took on a couple of portfolios when members died and marketed them.
I was much younger in those days, but having survived a couple of "go to bed, wake up on life support in the hospital incidents lately," I'd like to see such an arrangement formalized and laid out here.
Toward that end you will see my wife and son-in-law around here soon.
I think the concept would be attractive to domainers and help expand the board.
