When I try to post, all the formatting options (including image uploads, bold text, emojis, etc.) are completely disabled (they can't be selected). I'm using the latest version of Chrome (Version 112.0.5615.134) on ChromeOS.

Hit the 3 dots menu in your post editor, there is a squarish icon there that removes formatting. Click it and all will come back. It's meant to use if you want to format freehand. I use that all the time.
