I will register two word domains and put a hyphen in the middle of the two words. Then I will spam the owner of the two word domain and hope he buys my absolutely worthless hyphenated domain.

Most of the people doing this do not even register the domains. If you agree my guess is they register the domain and sell it to you.

If you’re willing to mess with them you can agree and then change your mind after they register it.

Yeah, I have seen that a few times too, they must have some success with non domainers on that.
Amazing to me they would do that much work, but usually in the countries these emails come from even a few bucks is a lot of money.


In this particular case the domain is registered.
