Domain renews and transfers at WHC (1.Viewing)

WHC-FM @FM one issue I keep coming up with is transferring domains in to WHC, for IDN .com's and premium .co's. They get hung up with an unrelated error message, and I always have to create a support ticket to get WHC to complete the transfers.

Today I tried to renew a few IDN .com's at WHC, and it doesn't recognize the domains are in the cart and won't take payment. So another support ticket to WHC, an another hour or two or three waiting on someone else to help complete a transfer and now a renewal.

Is WHC aware of these issues, and is anything being planned to make transfers and renewals go more smoothly?
