Frank Schilling sold his domain portfolio to GoDaddy about three years ago.
He resided in Canada's Penticton BC a long with his famous T-Rex statue.

I get to Penticton from time to time and still have to visit that dinosaur. Saw the top of its shining head once while driving nearby.

Didn't realize the size of the property it was on, or the total value range.

Just think after his Uniregistry and portfolio sale to Godaddy, this house and property is just ONE of Frank's business interests, and probably not his biggest by far.

I wonder if he still has any domains for investment purposes, and which ones. Seems like he is in real estate development in the Caymans, and also has a restaurant there. His instagram account is fun to follow, he seems to travel a lot and living the life of what you'd expect an uber successful domainer would.

His buddy Garry Chernoff lives in that neighbourhood too. But I think I heard that Frank's assets were cut in half a year or two ago, if you know what I mean. But don't quote me on that. Even if he lost half, he'll still have a ton more than I do!

His prior Malibu land auction didn't go very well. He bought the land for USD $6 million, and had listed it for USD $13.5 million, according to:

Big-dollar Malibu land parcel perched above celebrity homes will head to auction in April

In the auction, though, it sold for USD $3,696,000 according to:

Malibu, CA, US

What a bloodbath!

If we use the same fraction of $3,696,000 vs $13.5 million, and apply it to his BC property (currently listed for CAD $32.8 million), perhaps it'll actually sell for closer to CAD $9 million.....

Using HouseSigma.com, I placed a watch on it, to get notified if it ever sells:
