For those listing .ca on GoDaddy, what type of listing have you had the most success with? BIN, Offer/Counter-Offer, or 7-Day Public Auction?

I list all domains at $25 and respond once offers get to 1k

One words I respond when offers get to 5k

Ultimately the interested party types in the domain and responds via my lander (if they are really interested)

I use it only as a tool to bring attention and I never see the $25 offers, they get filtered in my email and go to a special folder never to be looked at again.

Really like that strategy. Great way to draw extra attention. If I'm understanding this correctly, you are using the GD platform primarily as an indirect lead generator and then self-brokering if the offers cross your monetary threshold. Is that correct?

On online markets I usually set the min offer at $500 where I can to weed out the cheapos. I don’t have BIN set for most of my names, and if I do I usually set it somewhat higher than my guess for best case scenario.

In the end if the buyer wants to pay they will, and if not they won’t. If you set a BIN the risk is leaving money on the table, or some event makes your name suddenly more valuable and it sells before you can adjust price. With negotiation you have a chance to feel out the buyer more, with less chance to leave money on the table.

Yes that is correct, unless I get a substantial offer from godaddy I rarely ever respond

Someone sees my domain on godaddy, they submit $25, then $100, then $1000, still no response.

They hit my lander, fill out my form and the negotiations start.
