I've been having problems with MyID email for a few weeks and have received zero emails for TBR orders, results, invoices, etc.

I have reported this to Bell multiple times in case they are blocking myid.ca mail, but I am wondering if I am the only one having difficulties. i.e. maybe something is wrong at MyID HQ.

Any replies would be appreciated.
 
I haven't requested any domains and hence will not know about it. Sorry... I am not helpful here.

If anyone feels like putting in an order, just for fun (like on a premium LLL that will sell for a lot more than $60) please feel free. :whistle:

Nope, but I never do. :mad:

When I win something, I have to wait for the invoice to appear on my account before paying it.

This kinda works for TBR, but it can't work for renewals, as those are not auto-generated by the system (they get posted after payment is applied) and you need the reference info from the email to link the payment. And even better, MyID only handles support through (drum roll please)... EMAIL!

Being me is a damn fun time lately. :poop:

You don't actually trust them to hold your domains do you? Why on earth would anyone renew there?

60 days - transfer out...
 
nothing and no response to my emails

It's strange as their TBR section is open and when they're running late it's usually locked.

So yesterday my invoice finally gets generated and then I wait for my eTransfer deposit to get approved... then I notice that it's now almost 2PM and that the MyID "TBR system is currently closed". :oops: :ROFLMAO:

And it's still closed today.
