That is why you cannot rely on someone else, you must own your own data.

Use a spreadsheet and log not only your contacts, but also your sales.
Repeat customers are the best kind, the relationship is already there.

I have a contact from the old eBay days and I bought dozens of .com's from him, he helped me find a lot of my .ca purchases from the profits.

Here on the forum I have purchased multiple times from multiple members and the logs are super important.

@DataCube has a good point, losing that sales history and contact information on DAN is very unfortunate and detrimental to future sales.

Losing access to this data is not only an issue for sales, but possibly other things as well.

I have to manually go through and find some messages back and forth regarding things like bogus TM threats.
