The article above is fluid which means it will change but since it s published by CBC it is highly biased to the Liberals.
Why? - It's for the very survival of the CBC which is grossly funded by the Liebral party.
The Conservatives have vowed to defund the CBC so the CBC is publishing articles for it's very survival.

My personal opinion...
1. The NDP will get decimated and I think the 11.6% is probably 3-4 times higher than where it will end up.
2. I think the Conservatives have a commanding lead but people pay attention to the polls which may influence the results and narrow the gap.
