MapleMortgage.ca is going to regret not registering the plural (1.Viewing)

MapleMortgage.ca advertises mortgages but runs on the singular domain.

For the life of me I don't understand why the owner of the company did not have the foresight, or the extra ten bucks, to also register the plural MapleMortgages.ca especially since they repeatedly use the plural on their webpage.

One of the reasons I ended up with hundreds of domains. When I register one for business, it's not just .COM or .CA, but a whole variation of key TLDs (whatever makes sense), plurals, synonyms and occasionally domains with hyphens.

PS. They were bidding on MapleCapital.ca owned by yours truly but I think it was too expensive for them.

Wonder if they picked another domain or just packed it in?
