I hear there will be a new announcement, as we speak about new restrictions...

-- nothing new, It sounded like with all the new cases they would be looking at further restrictions...

I finally got my first pfizer shot under the first responder program as a volunteer firefighter. Basically, at the end of each day, if any 70+ year olds failed to show up to their vaccine appointments, they call first responders to use up the left overs so they don't go bad. So at 4:30pm on a sunday afternoon, they called and said I had 30 minutes to get down and get the shot... Zero symptoms/effects for me from the shot (other than a tiny bit of soreness at the shot site, as with any shot).
