Rise Of RDNH Decisions (3.Viewing)

All UDRP's should require a 5k deposit to initiate, if a RDNH is ruled then the person inigiating the UDRP should forfeit the 5k and it should go to the respondent.

Why should an innocent domain holder have to go through this process and there are no consequences for the crook initiating the UDRP?

Because that's the Golden Rule.

He with the Gold makes the Rules.

If I sue and you win the judge will probably make me pay the legal costs. UDRP's should be the same

Obviously, but you have to remember that the UDRP was designed to help corporations and other business to get back their domains, NOT for domain owners to keep them. So they're never going to punish complainants because those are their customers.
