I have also started using them for sales larger than 10k once they accepted CAD transactions.

Lol, no, I actually rarely use them as most buyers end up just paying me directly because its faster and they avoid the hassle and frees. I've only had 4 escrow.com transactions in the past year and another buyer also insisted on using their registrar as the escrow agent (where I also had an account and trusted anyways).
