It seems Canadian leaders are in a real tizzy since Trump announced he will tariff Canadian goods. Alberta doesn't want to include their energy to the US in retaliatory tariffs for obvious reasons.

What do you think of the whole tariff dispute? Trump is probably coming in high with his demands as he usually does in negotiations, trying to get Canada to pay their share at NATO and increase border security. Inauguration is only days away now so we'll see what he really does soon.

Trudeau will cave like Mexico did. Look at the Liberals we have leading negotiating for Canada, Trudeau and Joli. Does anyone think they would be able to run a hot dog stand, much less win a trade war with Trump and the US? Trudeau will meet Trump's demands to stave off or remove tariffs, and if not we'll see Canadians suffer much more from this than the US. Mexico agreed to send 10,000 more troops to secure the border, and just got a one month extension on the tariffs start date. Over the next month they will negotiate and hopefully come to an agreement that completely avoids tariffs.
Can't say I don't enjoy seeing Trudeau's failures come back to haunt him and being shown for how weak he really is in the last few weeks of being PM.
