Looking for insight.

What percentage of your inventory do you sell in a year? 1 out of 100? 1 out of 200?

Myself, maybe 1 out of 150.

Mine varies year over year but I can tell you how I justify it per 500 domains.

500 Domains cost me 5k to renew every year.

Traditionally (with a few exceptions) my minimum sales price is 5k per domain.

So theoretically if I only sell one domain per year the portfolio is paid for.

Now double it if you carry 1000 domains etc.

That is the sort of logic use (on a reduced scale!)

I generally aim for 1%

But it has dropped this year - approximately .8%.

So far I've sold 2 out of 20
