Is there a way to push from one WHC account to another?

Is there a tutorial on this anywhere?

I was also going to ask if this can be done without affecting the 60 day lock but I see WHC locks the domain anytime the registration ownership even has the smallest change made to it.

So I guess the big thing for me is if the domain is locked for some reason how can I transfer it to another account.
Say I transfer in a bunch of domains, the system locks the domains for 60 days and I sell one.

With Godaddy I just pushed it to the other account, can we do the same at WHC?

To transfer your services from one Web Hosting Canada client to another:
  1. The new owner must create a new account with us.
  2. The original owner must open a support ticket via the Client Area > Support > Support Tickets > New Support Ticket > Support, and must specify:
    • The domain name, hosting account, and/or other services they wish to transfer (please be specific).
    • The complete name and email address of the new account owner.
  3. We will process your request within 48 hours. Once the change has been made, it's also recommended that the new owner update their domain's contact information (also called WHOIS information) from the Client Area > My Domains > Contact Information.

Thank you @mcm but it does not specify if this can be done while the domain is locked.

It is still possible to push the domains between accounts even if the domains are locked, but it is a manual process for now as described above.

if locked, can a domain be transferred to another registrar/enduser if it's initiated manually through support?

Assuming you're referring to a CIRA imposed lock, then no.

When you see serverTransferProhibited in the whois, that's a CIRA imposed lock. And you most wait that out before transferring to a new registrar. That's one of the main reasons people will use a "push" instead. It doesn't change registrars, but you give someone else control. Technical ownership in CIRA's eyes might be questionable, but there is the old saying that "possession is 9/10ths of the law".

As @rlm already said, we cannot circumvent registry locks (starting with "server" in the whois status) when it comes to going to another registrar.
