Well after the auction isn't good enough, really :( Please keep me posted.

Yeah, if it messes up in auction it will cause issues.

That said, I use ChromeOS on a Chrombase which is basically a desktop chromebook and everything works flawlessly.

I am happy to report I use nothing Microsoft for all 5 of my businesses and the entire operations run using ChromeOS with no issues, viruses or anything. Been like that for a few years after problematic windows computers were always screwing up.

I also used FireFox for the longest time but once they dropped extensions I stopped using them. They are always on again, off again and screwing with a good thing. Today I find firefox to be quite an unreliable browser and that will never change because chromium is now the base for almost all browsers and if firefox wants to move forward they have to do what Edge did and build a unique version on chromium. It's time we had a single standard so websites look the same regardless of what browser one uses.

We almost do now, and as many predicted Google is starting to flex its considerable muscles by taking away even the tiny bit of privacy we have now.

Virtually every search I do on Google using Chrome pops up a tracking notification that you cannot disable and will keep hitting you forever (like waterboarding torture) unless you give in and enable Google Chrome tracking to provide Google with even more money:

There are threads everywhere complaining about this obtrusive tactic, and so far Google has given them the middle finger. This is exactly what a lack of competition brings.

Is all your work done from the Chromebase, or do you have a second computer? I've never met someone who exclusively uses ChromeOS

I run every business from ChromeOS, I have 6 ChromeBase computers and I have been 100% Microsoft free for a number of years.

I also converted older windows computers to ChromeOS Flex (was called neverware) and my son is using an older Windows PC running ChromeOS Flex. Older PC's can fly again when converted to Chrome.

The Auctions run wonderful on ChromeOS, no issues whatsoever

See when I started here: This PC will not run Windows 11

Not sure if it's just me, but it's been at least a couple of hours that the auction is not loading data for me. The webpage loads quickly, but data is in never-ending loading mode. I am on Safari (latest update).
Same thing is happening again. For some reason it is only happening on Wednesdays, usually it is super quick.

Data is in forever loading stage.

Safari Version 17.4.1

Just in Safari? We haven't been able to reproduce this.

@FM I know you're busy on Wednesdays, so no rush in responding. But has there been any word about being able to pay for our auction wins with Paypal?

Edit: Also, will we ever be able to delete a backorder that was made by accident (or because of a change of mind)?

No current plans for that, but should a card payment fail, our billing team might be able to help with this, I think - but I'd have to confirm how much custom work this would be.

Wow, that was fast. Thanks Frank. I edited my post above to include a second question, but here it is again.

And again, no rush...you've got a TBR to win today!

Our support can try this on your behalf, but it depends on the timing and status of the auction.

Nevermind, it looks like WHC is sending 2FA codes from a banned IP and I just got off the phone with Bell to see if they can let it go through.

Anyone one having trouble on WHC today?

The pages are taking forever to load and most error out on my end.

This is not specific to the auctions - but we're aware and on it.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue and I don't see the sending server on any blacklist, please DM me with more details. I don't have a Bell email though to check.
