Where is a good place to go to see how many backlinks a domain has?

The talk about itbusiness.ca and it's high number of backlinks has got me wondering.

Ahrefs but I've also used SEMrush.

My two cents: Learn everything you can about PBNs. I’ve only ever bought backlinks, but for what they cost I’d be surprised if they didn’t turn a profit within a couple of months. A lot that goes into it as well.. researching, building the website properly, sales, writing articles, and handling everything else that comes with running a business. No doubt a great vertical for domainers.
