Honestly I, like most people probably do, find Estibot is useless 99.9% of the time for .CA domains. Anyone else agree with that?

Estibot is the most accurate on .com but graen is more accurate on .ca's


Funny thing about the GoDaddy estimate on Waterloo is I bought it directly from godaddy (not afternic) and the domain was actually owned by godaddy. Their broker was asking me for 300k and over the course of a couple of years I got the broker down to 25k usd and finally got the domain.

Silly thing is it's now appraised under my purchase price by godaddy where in the past it just said over 25k.
