Well, call me stupid but I can’t see where the 350 is so that’s why I went with 300, I guess it did not turn green and that’s on me. I suppose I will stick with whc, at least I understand their bid process a bit better.

Hi Tom, first timer with baremetal. How long does it take to get the invoice once you have won a domain? I believe I was the highest bid on Organic, but can't see the domain or the invoice.

Its really messed up since it would be sitting with me for years before doing anything with it ….

I really wanted to put a bid on it with Grape for my first bid ever with them, now look at them winning the domain and I could’ve paid less for it in theory.

It has better metrics than the ones sold last week for 13-14k It will be a gambling website by tomorrow.

It will go for 30-40k so us poor people shouldn’t even dream about touching it.

At the end, they can always stop and I will end up buying the domain, which I did for some to be fair. In a perfect world this wouldn't happen but I guess it's not a perfect world....

It is a pattern I noticed as of late. There are some domains that most don't want and when I bid on it, suddenly is 60-70$ for some pathetic domain that I just wanted. I will definitely be caught, even tho I really wanted the domain above, but not at that price range.

I feel bad for deervalley, I wanted it but someone else wanted it more. I think as of late I've been just pumping up some of the domains so they overpay for it.... On godaddy auctions you can find SEO domains for less and with better metrics, I really don't understand who's paying for .ca's...

Isn't that unfair tho from them to do that? WHC is fair and period. And I actually thought about registering and bidding on some of the stuff with them.

Mind sharing what you bought it for ? I am considering if I want to hold it for long term or sell it off.

I haven't followed that niche much since 2007, so I don't know how much money is in that game right now. but will look into it.
