If someone bids $50 for a name at whc will the min at siber go to $75… I guess what I’m asking is if they are now somehow connected/talking to one another.

I have always been able to place offers until 11 am pst at siber [notify]Eby[/notify] but I believe NamesPro cuts off at 10:40 pst. I guess it’s up to the registrar as long as it’s not later than 11 am pst (2pm est)

People are selling NFTs no problem, as it's currently in a bubble and you have the entire world as a market. In a year, it might be a very different story.
I was referring to selling these ever-higher-priced TBR .CAs when you have a tiny end user market composed of some of the cheapest SOBs you'll ever meet, many of which think that $10 is a fair price.
Not that you can't make money at .CA, but starting off today from scratch. it would take an extreme amount of work and the ability to accumulate a lot of great domains for not very much money. Mission Impossible.
