Don't know what is happening lately but between godaddy and dan I am getting so many low ball inquiries that I made a change to a $1000 minimum offer on both platforms.

I have long had a $1000 minimum on my private contact form but I figured gauging interest even with low ball offers would tell me which ones are my more popular domains.

Being constantly prompted top respond to these offers has caused me to put in the minimum $1000 offer today.

Another reason I did it is because Dan has an amazing tool (if you know about it) that shows you exactly how often people are hitting your domains. So now I have a much better tool and no longer need to track the low ball offers.

What is the tool?

Go to this address...

https://dan.com/users/portfolio?order=desc&sort=views

See this yellow views link

Now you can see the most recent domains that have been viewed but there is one more trick.....

Pin the TAB and let it sit static in your browser, then refresh the screen every couple of hours and you will see every domain that has been viewed.

I did an experiment on this and mentioned a couple of domains on forums and I instantly (takes about a minute) could see how many times the domain was hit after writing about it.

Nice feature on dan.com

thanks, didn't see that feature before.

when it says 'recent', do you know how much time that represents? Views in the last day, 2 days, week...?

It sorts the list by most recent visits. So the top domain in the list was most recent, etc, but you don’t exactly know how much time had lapsed.

If you keep the tab pinned then the time that has passed was since your last refresh.

So you can go in every hour and see which domain was viewed.
