Could be Fil.ca was redirecting to ihomepro.ca which also got registered in TBR yesterday.

You mean as a wire transfer? I wish they had clearer instructions for bill payment on their site.

With wire.com you have the option to choose wire, interact, debit or credit card for your payment method.
