A better strategy would be to NOT buy domains that aren't worth keeping over the long term.

@DomainRecap, the tweet was regarding a newish domain investor (1 year in), so he's learning quickly, as we all are 
Selling for $105 minus commission and taxes is better than dropping it I guess, but not why we do this and I don't know if it's worthy of a shout out.
Agree completely.. Wonder what is the strategy behind promoting a $105 sale. Come February, eat up another 25%.

I always say you have to account for all the domains you don't sell in a year, not just the domains you do sell.
You need way higher margins for the math to work.
