Name.ca technically has a higher value but with canoe I think auction fever got involved and that may have clouded judgement by a bit.

Got an outbid notification coming through from CatchDrop at 5:54 for a domain auction that ended at 5:00. Lol
No change from Vince's last update. $14k, with feedback that our bid increments are too high past $10k.... (In our defense, I don't think I even dreamed of seeing a $10k bid when that was put together. I will update.) -Tom
I think you will start to see more of those, for the right one word I would easily go that high.

These days, anything is possible on the TBR and after Canoe.ca I wouldn't be surprised at any bid price on a premium domain.
