This is a weird decision, as it is one of those "Company X buys domain to help sell Company Y products after entering into business arrangement" deals, which have been repeatedly won by the Respondent in UDRPs. The fact that Company X has an agreement to sell these products has been deemed a "legitimate use" of a Company Y-related domain and UDRP panels have suggested this is a matter for the courts to decide.
