Question about Sibername auctions

Haven't used Sibername in a while, certainly not since the WHC takeover, but I won an auction today and 3 hours later no email, no no payment request online (https://www.sibername.com/tbr/topay.php)...crickets all around

Is this normal? When does Sibername usualy certify the auctions and sends invoices?

(In the other TBR thread where I spoke about Sibername not automatically charging credit cards and transferring domains, everyone made it seem like it was easy...click click done kind of thing)

yeah, they don't send anything out to notify you. you just have to go into your account and check. They don't make the invoice automatically right away, but they will almost always get to it same day, so I'd check again, its probably there by now.
 
They used to send a “You have domains to pay” emails after a tbr auction. Maybe stopped with whc takeover
 
Nope. Almost 8 hours later and nothing in my email or my dashboard.

Anyone else win a Sibername auction today?
 
Same here, I won an auction and nada in terms of domains in my cart - I was concerned but at least now I know they are consistently late.

And it looks like something may be up at Siber, as I didn't even receive an auto-response to my Support email.
 
The first time in a long time that I didn't participate. But it is out of the ordinary to be this late. If you don't see something by tomorrow I'd be hitting up the WHC rep here to see whats up.

Paid with PayPal because I have some money there and got a receipt, the name is in my account and the registry emails came in...but it's still in my cart? I guess there's a lag when paying with Paypal?

And now the fun begins with updating Nameservers and TXT records. Such a painful experience
 
Does anyone have the TBR list from January 13?

I have a partial list up til Sunday, but forgot to redownload last Monday. As I will be attempting (some weekend) to bring the TBR Results pages back up-to-date, I need at least the Total Number of Domains so that the trend commentary will be consistent.
