Here's what I see on our website for auctions:@FM So there are only THREE auctions at WHC this week?
Or do I have to do something to add the others to my list?
And in the client area I see 11 too. Granted, the sorting will need work, but that's already on our list.

I'm in Domain Auctions - Live Auctions and I only see 3. And I'm there because the system prompts me that Domain Auctions is where the auctions are now....?

Nevermind, now I see - I refreshed a few times and logged in and out, and miraculously there is now a "Join New Auctions" section where I can add them to my list.
Cool.
And I'm really starting to like the new system (other than the public auctions, naturally) but you gotta take the good with the bad. Overall it's probably the best I could have hoped for given the scenario.

That was on our website, but the bottom section of "Domain Auctions" should be showing all of them too in the "Join New Auctions" section.

Where is it? I went to both the new and old systems and didn't see anything in my Dashboard. And nothing in notifications either.
It was on the dashboard page (new WHC)

Then mine didn't get processed and hopefully Frank can push them along. I am always the lucky recipient of new system bugs.
I always knew you were special. I'll take a look at your account as soon as I can.
I can confirm there is an issue affecting some of the domains being available for claiming - investigating the details now, a fix might need until tomorrow.

I'll note this as a suggestion, thank you. I have to look into the technical details to see what is possible here.
Live Auctions from Join New Auctions should be merged with My Auctions. Show an icon to mark the auctions that i am part of.
Join New Auctions should be just future backorder auctions.

One interesting thing about the "Add an Auction" feature is that you need to increase the bid at the same time as you add it, which is not advantageous for those who bid late and determine their bid amounts based on the prices of other domains - everyone has a budget right?
Why can I just add the auctions I want to follow to my queue so they are ready to bid on, instead of being forced to increase the price at the same time? I know WHC is a for-profit business, but this format does not fit with my bidding or budgeting habits.
And in case I am being unclear I simply want the option to move domains I intend to bid on later up to the top "My Auctions" section so I don't forget to add them. There doesn't seem to be any way to do that without bidding.
On the positive side, it looks like my wins yesterday might have been released WHC jail.
