I have a bad feeling about this...

So what does the image mean silentg @silentg ?

I tried hypno then even hyp, swirl, visual, pattern, wheel, spiral, mind, image, etc. etc. and I can't seen anything except hamiltonhypnosis.ca.

Is it mesmerizing.ca?

Well, it was back in blind river in 1962
When I last saw you alive
But we missed that shift on the long decline
Long may you run

Below, you'll find some of the hottest .CA domains available to bid on this week. These names will likely attract attention, so place your bid before 2023-10-04 at 2:45 pm ET sharp to get in on the auction.

If you're looking for something more specific, you can always search the full list with your own keywords.

Want to learn more about domains and backordering? ... We recommend you read about the lifecycle of a domain name, domain investing and domain backordering.

Don't see the name you want? Stay tuned for next week's backorder list!

Happy bidding!

Cheers,
Frank (Chief Domain Nerd here at WHC)

This week looks like HAN and 62 (and possibly PPH), then a big pile of JUNK.

I feel a disturbance in the TBR, as if hundreds of links are all being front-loaded for two solitary domains.

WHC-FM @FM

I think the new system might be confusing people, as I keep seeing current TBR domains (like Han) being bid up and then appearing in the Live Auction tab. Then more people bid thinking it's a live auction.

There should really be a strict delineation between Auctions and Preorders to prevent this, as right now they're all jumbled together.

I see your concern, but the idea was to combine auctions and backorders to use fewer terms and make things more accessible for clients not familiar with all the terms. We'll see how it plays out before making any further changes at this time. I appreciate your feedback though.

That's fine, but when I'm in Live Auctions and I'm seeing Han and 62 on the list being bid up, there's a problem.

Keep them all in the same area, but each Tab should be limited to its heading.

Sorry, maybe I misunderstood. The "live auctions" section should only show domains we caught during the drop and are actually in a live auction. It does for me in my account (but I am/was not in any auctions).

Well that is not what's happening and I'll PM you an image of my in-auction experience in a bit.

Here's what I think is happening:

If you a) have domain preorder from this week's list and b) that domain either gets a new $18 bid or a bidder increases his bid higher than $18, then it will pop-in and appear in your Live Auctions tab.

I am partially guessing here, as Han would pop in at $30, then $40 and then $50, while 62 was always at $18 when it popped in and out. I would imagine these are your two most popular domains and have the most bids. I also didn't get any pop-ins on domains I didn't already have as a preorder.

This "preorder pop-in" is a temporary thing and after a few minutes these rogue preorders pop back out and disappear. Rinse and repeat.

While I was bidding, both Han and 62 were jumping in and out of my Live Auctions tab, and it's quite disconcerting when you're trying to bid and these current TBR domains start appearing.
