I only just recently discovered this forum, but I’ve dealt with most of the registrars that participate here after having a look through the complete list of .ca registrars.

It’s still early to formally announce anything, but the hope is to build a registrar that’s more developer oriented; providing just domains without upselling or vendor lock-in for other services (dns, email, ssl).

While I was doing research for this endeavour I was impressed by the new registrars on the block, however I still believe I have some innovation to offer this space

You need something to differentiate yourself from the pack, we have some incredibly good Canadian registrars that blow away some of the American competition.
