Note the "or" in first bullet, I read it as 5% if I bring my own deal to Efty to transact. That's attractive, although 1% at Escrow.com is more attractive.

Most Canadian banks charge around $10 for incoming wire transfers and nothing for outgoing.
3.5% of a 10k sale is $350 as opposed to handling the transfer yourself for around 10 bucks.
