Anyone else find it weird that both Josef and Examiner are going to sell for noticeably more than AHB?

And Examiner ended higher than Ceri for first place at WHC.

The question is: did someone overpay for Josef and Examiner, or are 3L prices officially in the toilet (especially compared to early 2023 mania).
 
I think Examiner was high, but I assume at least one of the parties was a business to which the end price was cheap compared to on a marketplace.

Josef was a probably a fair price and AHB was the relative deal of the three.
