Yep, they are kind of forcing domainers to do it themselves, and I have been inching that way with my top names over time.
It's great when you have a buyer who knows how a domain transaction works.
When you have a first time domain buyer it can be more time consuming, they usually think if they send you money you'll scam them and not send the domain (even though they contacted you in the first place) - those kind of trust issues, then along with the frictional .ca domain transfer process, you also have to guide them through an escrow process. There is a commission level that is worth it to me for the ease of someone else handling all that, but it's getting harder to find. Dan at 9% was great while it lasted.
